Reviews

What attendees and speakers wrote about the day.

    Steve Wesa Richards

Our keynote speaker looks back on entering the main stage as someone from outside the Magento world. He connected AI and the Sankofa bird, and tied strengths named by the audience, such as hope, empathy and flexibility, to emotional intelligence and leadership.

    Sergej Derzap

The CEO of our sponsor Amasty, still sorting his thoughts on the flight home. For him it felt as much like a community get-together as a conference, and Steve's keynote stuck with him.

    Laurentius Judhianto

Our speaker, at a first Meet Magento and straight onto the stage. The Pacman rule made it easy to connect, especially for those who came alone, and the post leads to ten lessons from speaking and attending.

    Jiří Brada

Our speaker drove from Brno to give a security talk inside a pyramid. The post shares research on tens of thousands of stores: about one in five had not deployed a security update since the first isolated patch release.

    Tobias Zander

Our speaker had not been to Meet Magento Germany in over ten years. It quickly felt like never having left, and the many returners and long-gone veterans say something about this community.

    Stefan Martens

From our sponsor PayPal, an answer to the "Magento is dead" talk: a packed hall in Mainz. Stefan also took one idea from Steve's keynote home: we are more than our job title, and our strengths carry over to the next role.

    maxcluster

Our sponsor maxcluster looks back on two talks from its team: one placing security tools along a typical attack timeline, the other on how trust, community and real expertise set a brand apart once everyone has AI.

    Karlijn Löwik

From our sponsor RUMvision, a week that started with a server outage the day before the event. Karlijn also writes about the team's first booth and about Mago, the Mage-OS admin chat initiative.

    Ksenija Lukjanova

From our sponsor Magebit, a first look at the German market: how merchants weigh security, data protection and AI, and why trust and technical depth count in partnerships. The magic show also pulled Ksenija onto the stage.

    Christian Münch

From our sponsor valantic, glad to see the event back. Christian met dozens of people from a varied and lively community and wrote a longer recap in German and English.

    Thomas Reichhart

An attendee from the agency TWOFOUR. Besides AI and the future of Magento under Mage-OS, the Pac-Man rule made it easy to join conversations that went well beyond PHP security patches.

    Jens Richter

An attendee from the agency side, glad to see Meet Magento back in Germany after about six years. What counted most were the personal talks and the open exchange between agencies on the sidelines.

  • LinkedIn

    Annika Zielinski

An attendee on Steve's opening keynote and what remains of you when a machine takes over your work. The post links the human "computers" of the ENIAC era to a deliberate personal brand that makes your strengths visible.

    Lukasz Linczewski

An attendee on what the day meant beyond Magento: the laughter and the friendships that grew around the talks, with the people behind e-commerce coming first. The food gets a mention too.

  • LinkedIn

    Ken Bradley-White

An attendee at a first conference abroad. Venue, food and people all left an impression, and a return next year is already planned.

    Kapil Pandya

A first Meet Magento for this member of the CustomGento team, one of the organising companies. What stayed were the conversations and the people, and the countdown to next year has started.
