People are increasingly asking ChatGPT and other AI systems which products to buy, where to buy them, and what experiences others have had. This creates a new channel for visibility. Whether a store appears in these answers depends on the sources behind them.
The sources vary depending on the question and the industry. In four analysed industries, 75 to 90 percent of references came from external sites. In watches, a single marketplace accounted for a third. In another, media outlets and forums accounted for two-thirds, comparison sites for almost nothing.
The presentation shows this change, how to measure it yourself, and the technical requirements a website must meet to be cited.

Security isn’t about stopping every attack. It’s about reducing risk, knowing what we own, spotting when something has gone wrong, and being ready to deal with it.

The same goes for the modules, integrations and fixes that agencies build, often for the same problems. A group of Dutch agencies decided to do it differently: they built a solution together and open-sourced it for the community.
This session shows what they built, how Community Based Partnerships made that collaboration work, and how Mage-OS gives these initiatives a home.

This session explores practical design patterns for structuring Alpine.js components in Magento, helping you build rich, interactive interfaces that remain modular, scalable, and maintainable as your codebase evolves. The talk is meant for developers, offering code samples, real proven solutions and caveats to consider.

In 2026 the PHP ecosystem faced the supply chain attacks long familiar from npm and PyPI: hijacked GitHub accounts and stolen tokens used to publish malicious tags. This talk covers what we changed in Composer and Packagist in response. First detection: the Aikido malware feed on Packagist.org and a public transparency log. Then prevention: Composer 2.10's unified dependency policy for malware, advisories and abandoned packages; stable version immutability; Composer 2.11's minimum release age; MFA status publication; and organization-level ownership of open source packages. Plus concrete tips for securing your own supply chain, and what's planned for 2027.

Same client, two projects, six months apart. One's a Magento storefront built by ten developers over a year. The other's a custom manufacturing system built by two people in ten months, the kind of project we'd never have pitched before agentic coding changed the economics.
I'll cover what changed since "cool but not powerful enough," including a framework choice I'd take back, a database doing a job it was never sold for, and when you should reach for Claude Code yourself, versus when you need us.
