Digital Design Thinking and Law - Two Sides of the Same Coin

The digital transformation of the industry as well as the development of new digital business models in the online world requires a new way of thinking - Digital Design Thinking. Software licenses from the cloud at the new-work place, click contracts instead of on-site distribution, the replacement of print advertising with cookies and browser fingerprinting, and the protection of algorithms for data analysis as quasi IP are completely new questions for which reliable legal answers are needed. The experienced IT lawyer and digital enthusiast Dr. Matthias Orthwein shows where this journey is heading and what the digital economy can expect from lawyers.
