No More FAX: In 8 Weeks to the New Sales Channel of a World Market Leader

We start our presentation with a project overview: Here we talk about the background of the project, the concrete problem of the customer and finally our common technological solution. In doing so, we will discuss the special features of the project, such as special market conditions and customer needs, as well as the criteria for choosing Magento 2 as the technology of choice.

However, the core of the presentation will be the implementation itself – more precisely the implementation of an MVP of an online shop within only eight weeks. We show how such an ambitious timeline can be successfully adhered to if the right approach is chosen and consistently adhered to. And how to continuously improve the product through iterative releases. With our talk we want to reveal how to establish the right mindset together as a client and service provider and how an agency can develop into a driving force at eye level for a corporate group.

We show in concrete terms that ‚corporate‘ and ‚agile‘ do not have to exclude each other, that agile work leads to better results – and that sometimes a corporate group can surprise its agency with its speed.
