Cornelia Heyde is Customer Success Manager at Microsoft Germany and supports companies on their way to the Modern Workplace, from strategy to cultural change.
Cornelia studied information and media technology at the Technical University of Cottbus and then joined Microsoft as a trainee. For the last ten years she has been working in technical sales, also in the field of modern working, until two years ago when she moved to the recently established Customer Success Unit. In addition to her work, Cornelia has also focused on the topic of the Digital Workplace from a scientific perspective and successfully completed her doctoral examination a few weeks ago.
